What FlatmateGurgaon is

FlatmateGurgaon is a free platform connecting people looking for flatmates in Gurgaon. We are a notice board, not a broker, not an agent, and not a party to any rental agreement. We don't charge commission and we never will.

We don't verify listings

We display listings as submitted. We do not verify the accuracy of listing details — rent amounts, society names, room availability, or poster identity. Always:

• Visit the property in person before paying anything
• Verify the owner's identity and ownership documents
• Never transfer money to someone you haven't met

Do your own due diligence. FlatmateGurgaon is not liable for any loss or harm arising from listings on this platform.

Your safety

Users are solely responsible for their own safety when meeting potential flatmates or landlords. Meet in public first. Tell someone where you're going. Trust your instincts.

What's not allowed

We can remove any listing — without notice — that:

• Is posted by a broker, agent, or commercial operator
• Contains false or misleading information
• Is spam (duplicate listings, irrelevant content)
• Is inappropriate, offensive, or discriminatory
• Advertises a property outside Gurgaon

No broker listings — ever

This platform is strictly for direct owners and flatmates. Broker listings, agent listings, and any listing where brokerage is charged are not permitted and will be removed. If you see one, report it to findflatmatesforfree@gmail.com.

By posting, you confirm

• The information in your listing is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• You are the owner, tenant, or authorised representative for the property
• You are not a broker or commercial agent
• You agree to these terms

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. We'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the new terms.
